Please politely contact the San Francisco Convention & Visitors Bureau to voice your concerns about Proposition H. Let the Bureau know that Proposition H will do nothing to reduce crime but will endanger public safety and harm local businesses.
Also, be sure to let Bureau members know why you won't be visiting San Francisco. A directory of Convention & Visitors Bureau members can be found by clicking here.
As they state on their website, the San Francisco Convention and Visitor Bureau's mission is to "strengthen the San Francisco economy by marketing the City as a destination for meetings, conventions, trade shows and leisure visitors through sales, advertising and promotion, and to provide the visitor and convention services that enhance the Bureau's effort and the visibility of its members."
If you are or were considering visiting San Francisco but have decided to go elsewhere because of the proposed ban, please contact the Convention & Visitors Bureau and their members to let them know why you are taking your vacation or business somewhere else.
